Customer service does matter! With the array of companies out there you have a lot of choices of contractors to select from for your remodeling needs. Looked at YELP and found Ohana Building Supply. Visited their Waipahu showroom and was greeted by Kevin. He was personable, pleasant, and took the time to really listen to our ideas. To my wife's surprise, I ended up putting down a 50% deposit to get measurements completed, materials ordered, and the project process started. Ivy was extremely helpful getting our plans and proposal underway for our DIY project. We put in the cabinets and Ohana's crew installed the quartz counter. The procedure was repeated for the bathrooms. We were extremely pleased with the results. The cabinets are made of plywood with solid wood doors. The craftsmanship is exceptional. All of the pieces were delivered on time, and the order was complete. The overall experience was very positive.
