the replacement of nearly all the drywall throughout the house, our team began reintroducing
new materials and textures, upgrading the space from dated 1990s builder-grade to modern,
luxury living.

Koa-finish luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the entire home, adding a warm,
familiar texture. Our frameless white shaker cabinets, extended all the way to the ceiling,
brightened the kitchen with their clean, timeless design. Slim brushed handles maintained a
sleek and uninterrupted cabinet face, while a blue-grey chevron accent tile added a coastal
touch that tied the entire kitchen together.

And we didn’t stop there—the rest of the home received the same elevated attention, from a
custom stainless steel staircase to fully remodeled bathrooms which feature travertine stone
tiles and beautiful natural granite countertops. The result is a home that looks and feels modern,
